Pauwels, loaned to Volendam

C.D. Leganés and F.C. Volendam reached an agreement on Monday for the loan of Benjamin Pauwels until the end of the season. The 21-year-old winger will spend the second half of this campaign on loan at the Eredivisie side.

Pauwels, a Belgian U21 international, joined Leganés last summer from Dutch side Cambuur. In recent months, he has played in twelve official matches for the Pepineros, and will now return to the Netherlands to complete the season on loan at Volendam, a top-flight team.

The club wishes the player the best of luck in the coming months.
