Work begins on the replacement of the Butarque turf for the 2021/22 season

The turf at the Estadio Municipal Butarque will be replaced for the upcoming 2021/22 season. After the end of this season's competition, work has already begun on the green grass so that it will look impeccable for the campaign that will begin next August.

Royalverd, in charge of the care and maintenance of the turf of both the Butarque Municipal Stadium and the Butarque Sports Facility, has already begun this week to remove the turf of the stadium after the end of the competition by the first team, as well as the international match between Spain and Lithuania last Tuesday, the last one played on that grass.

In the coming weeks, will begin the process of replacement by the new turf, which could not be carried out last summer at the end of the season later than usual after the break caused by the Covid-19 and have less time for work.
