Official Statement: Blue Crow Sports Group Acquires 99.1% of the shares of C.D. Leganes

The American group Blue Crow Sports Group has formalised this Thursday the acquisition of 99.1% of the shares of C.D. Leganés. Therefore, Blue Crow Sports Group, a group led by businessman Jeff Luhnow, becomes the majority shareholder of the club.

Blue Crow is a business group based in Houston (Texas), made up of highly experienced and successful professionals in the fields of sport, technology and business. Jeff Luhnow, the new president of C.D. Leganés, born in Mexico City 55 years ago and an engineer by formation, has spent a large part of his career managing sports entities. Jeff is married and has three children.

The agreement was presented this Thursday 23 June in the press room of the Estadio Municipal Butarque, at a press conference attended by Victoria Pavón, Felipe Moreno and Jeff Luhnow himself.
