Gaku Shibasaki and Kenneth Omeruo are back for pre-season

C.D. Leganés players Gaku Shibasaki and Kenneth Omeruo have joined the first team training today after playing matches with their national teams last June. The squad returned to training on Monday to begin the second week of the pre-season.

Imanol Idiakez's players, already with Gaku Shibasaki and Kenneth Omeruo, have started an intense week where they will train from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am at the Butarque Sports Facility, while on Monday, Wednesday and Friday they will do a double session with afternoon training from 19:00. All the week's sessions will be open to fans who wish to attend the training sessions.

On Saturday it will be the turn of the first preparation match, at 21:00 at the Estadio Municipal Butarque against Getafe C.F. On Sunday, the squad will travel to the Murcian town of San Pedro del Pinatar to begin a week-long training camp at the Pinatar Arena, which includes three friendlies against Andorra F.C., Nottingham Forest U-23 and Elche C.F.
