C.D. Leganés receives Girona in Butarque with the permanence at risk

C.D. Leganés and Girona F.C. face each other this Thursday (19:00) at the Estadio Municipal Butarque in the match corresponding to the 33rd matchday of LALIGA EA SPORTS. A key match for both teams in their fight to stay in the first division.

The Pepinero team will be aiming to get back to the winning ways. With 29 points, Lega are currently in 19th position, just two points away from the relegation places. The coach, Borja Jiménez, has Dani Raba back for this game, after being suspended the previous matchday. On the medical side, Barisic and Franquesa are still out, as well as Nastasić due to injury.

Girona, for their part, come into the game after losing to Real Betis and are looking to get back to their winning ways to avoid slipping into the bottom half of the table. The catalan team will be without Bryan Gil and Abel Ruiz.
